Answer: Here are the steps:
1. Go to an Ultimate Safe Chat Server
2. Read the newspaper (duh)
3. Tap on the “Tab Button” until the yellow box goes on “Buddies”
4. Tap on the “Tab Button” again until you see a really long rectangle
5. Send it a mail. You can see it as you press “Tab”
6. Close the excess boxes and you will see your penguin reading a newspaper
7. Dance!
